Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and Malaya University Engineering alumnus
Started career in year 2000 with KPMG before joining BP as an Accountant in year 2003, left in 2007 while leading Financial, Accounting & Control function as a Team Leader serving Malaysia and Singapore BP Group of companies. Later joined RBS & Associates as a Partner to form and lead the consulting division.
From year 2008, Finance, Accounting and Controlling services were provided to L&R Haulage, Mongol Gazar, Corro-Shields, Aker Solutions Asia Pacific, Petrofac Engineering Construction, Bumi Armada, Villmar Oleochemicals.
JQ RSims also hosts Backgate Standards Sdn Bhd as training provider for Supply Chain & Logistics industry, Oil and Gas industry and as well for Finance professionals.

Its portfolio of companies includes JSM Advisory Service, an insurance agency. JSM Advisory is an agent for insurance and financial services company AXA and Allianz.
